You may have already completed this step, but if you haven’t, it is now time to get your live account all set up in order to dip your foot in the water of the markets with real money.
When you log into your profile on https://suretading.tradedesk.co, if you haven’t yet set up your live account you will be greeted with the following message when you click on “accounts” at the top left of your screen.
When you click on “Complete your Profile” the following appears:
This shows you all the different steps you need to complete in order to have your account verified:
- Accept Terms and Conditions
- Complete your Personal Information
- Complete your Address Information
- Upload a Proof of Address
- Complete Identity Information
- Upload Proof of Identity
- Declare Source of Funds
- Supply Tax Information
As you can see from the image above, each step shows clear instructions of what information needs to be supplied and the file types of the uploads etc.
Once you have submitted all of the required documents and supplied all the relevant information, it will take up to 48 hours for your account to be verified by Velocity. If there is a problem with any of your documents or with some of the information, Velocity will get in contact with you to sort it out.
Once your account is verified the only thing left to do is to deposit your funds (minimum R500) and you’re good to go!
